Should I quit my job ?

After working at several daycares i cant imagine ever putting my own children in them . I have witness too much , and those babies hardly get any love . I currently work at a daycare who one of the teachers is a Meth head, another called a toddler a B**** once. I work in a classroom with 10 babies , and theirs is 2 teachers . I love them to death but its hard to give them one on one attention , since we have to change, feed, and give them naps . Their is a difficult 1 year toddler who constantly wants to be held or other wise will trow tamtrums, and while unsupervised she will hit the younger babies. I got a complain from the parents that she is a high chair too long . I really wish i could love and hold her all day , but its hard when you have 9 other babies. I think its time for a career change . If any of you parents have the prividgle to stay home with kids pleas do it , a day care will never give them one on one attention like you can

Wow really? Thats for the notice. And well ... if you really do love children, try switching to another daycare, etc? Or just change profession if you want. Kids are like that, and if you really want to work in that area, you should be ready :) Goodluck.
