Should I quit my part-time job?

i'm 18 and i have to drive 30 min - 45 min to my college everyday...then i come home and have to go straight to work, i get off at 8 then have hw cause im not in easy classes....i just dont like how they give me so many hours but if i work there i have no choice....ive worked there for about a month and the management is super nice id feel bad if i said i cant do it anymore and that i have to quit and find a less commited job..cause they trained me and all, but that is their problem...plus i have other things i commited to before i even got this job..but the rents kinda forced me to get it and i dont get why cause i help my dad on saturdays and can get $100 in one day to pay for gas money...any advice? i know its my decision but what do you think?...and is 22+ hours a week to much for a fulltime student?
