  1. try not to quit, there's always financial aid. go to the office and apply for it..and as for your kid, is there any relatives or close friends that would be willing to help??

  2. I really feel bad for you because college is something that you seem to really want.  Have you filled out the FAFSA?  It might not be too late to file that.  Fill out the FAFSA and see if you're eligible for any grants- these are like gifts of money from the government to attend college, and you do NOT have to pay them back.  You could also apply for a work study position- this is a job that you do on campus and get paid for performing- the money can then be used for tuition or any other school related expense.  Does your college have an on site day care?  Mine does and they get great reviews.  You may want to look into that and see if they have any opening for your little one.  Have you applied for scholarships?  There are many scholarships that are awarded just on need!  Check out http://www.fastweb.com to get some ideas on scholarships.  Do NOT give up on school- when there is a will, there is a way!
