  1. I think what would be many intriguing than smoking would be communicating during s*x. It is better for you towards quit smoking because it shall enormously influence your health and can command you towards the mortality soon. My feedbackfor you is towards quit smoking towards enjoy a glad future life.

  2. Honestly man you need to stop smoking first.. There is a lot of misinformation here. Drinking in moderation, even every single day of your life actually benefits your health. I am talking about 2 microbrews a day, none of that gas station beer. Also marijuane is much safer to smoke than cigs, it is said that thc in weed kills aging and dying cells so if a cell were to become cancerous due to the carcinogens in the smoke it would be eliminated by the thc and you'd be fine. Studies have shown that marijuana actually decreases the chance of getting cancer. Quit the smokes first, cigs are filled with horrible c**p and don do anything for you. Honestly think about the last time a cig really made you feel great. Been years eh buddy? I know the feeling, I just quit. Drink a few beers, when your doing something social allow yourself a little more and you'll be fine. I'm telling you ciga are bad news, look it up if you don't believe me. And I don't currently
smoke weed, I just spent time researching abou these things and what I saw about cigs frightened me.

  3. I would have to agree with the last person. Quitting smoking is probably the first step, and then perhaps you will be able to cut down on your drinking. It will probably be harder to quit smoking unless you have a serious drinking problem, but I would certainly go about quitting smoking first and seeing where that takes you. It should be easy to then just get your drinking down to a responsible level.

There are many ways to go about quitting smoking and many products out there that make it very confusing. The key thing to remember about being addicted to smoking is that is as much or a psychological addiction as it is a physical one. Both of these addictions are very powerful, and once you get over feeling overwhelmed or scared to quit, you can do it.

The nicotine patches and gums are not that great of products. They may help control the physical addiction to nicotine, but they won’t make you mentally able to quit. You need to get yourself some product that can actually help you get the will power and mental ability to kick the nasty habit.

You can try this link for more on a product that will help you quit on the mental side of the battle: http://54b8ee0bewdx8v6nya0dyclesf.hop.clickbank.net/?tid=SMKMBNW

It also includes some other stuff like a stop smoking e-book, an anti-stress therapy item and a weight loss program (because stress and weight gain often increase after you quit smoking, so you will need something to help with that.) This product can possibly help you gain some more motivation to quit, but for sure you’ll need to want to quit a little bit. Just think about what it is doing to your body.

  4. smoking, then you realize drinking isnt fun without smoking, so you quit both

  5. WHAT I WOULD DO IS QUIT BOTH BECAUSE THEY ARE BOTH DEADLY...... AND THEY CAN RUIN YOUR LIFE AND ITZ NOT GOOD FOR YOUR HEALTH..........
MY SUGGESTION IS TO QUIT BOTH.
                                PS: GOODLUCK

  6. I would quit buying smokes first. Just bum them off other idiots. If you really need one so bad that you will kill for a smoke then I suggest you steal one off your friends and family first. (Only steal off a stranger as a last resort because some people WILL and HAVE killed for a smoke. Whatever yer smoking.)

With the money you save on not buying smokes no more you can spend more time at the clubs and after hours bars having a great time drinking fancy club drink specials and mooching smokes off the losers outside. The fresh air will help sober you up or it's a good time to ralph a couple of biscuits into the gutter before you head back inside for more shooters, noise and hot babes. Maybe you will be very lucky to meet someone who cares enough to save you. (Good thing she had to baby sit her sister that night. Good thing for her.)

If not then stop going to the clubs and save your money for the cheaper booze. And wine. Continue to steal smokes from your family and friends and be sure to offer everyone your cheap booze. As a way of apology for becoming such a loser.

Mother, and especially Father, will no longer tolerate you and your drunken thieving behavior and you will be forced to leave home. Couch surfing gets old fast and when winter comes and you have no more friends who will drink your cheap booze and give you free smokes just for the privilege of witnessing your spiral into your own destruction. You leave your last friend with no booze, no smokes, no money, a busted up lip and a missing tooth, the clothes on your back and the classic "frig'm attitude in your shrinking cold heart.

Two days later you wake up in a town 300 miles away at a bus depot. You don't even remember that you went home and stole your dads wallet before picking up a bottle of the "good stuff" and heading for the highway shaking a stiff, snotty and bloodied thumb in the air without a care in the world.

Freedom, Freedom, Freedom at last. New town, new faces nobody to tell you what they think. You get a job. Maybe. Or you meet new people who will give you booze and smokes for "favors". Maybe even a place to stay. You no longer care if it (life) gets better or not by this time. The booze doesn't hide you from yourself and you begin using other "drugs" your new friends are offering. You are no longer you. Well you are you but it isn't the you anybody wanted. Except maybe your new friends.

If you are smart you will know instinctively that this is not the right place for you and you will leave as soon as you can. Even if you have to steal to do so.

Now you have enemies. A new town. You are sick and need a drink. Or maybe something else. Smoking is no longer a craving so much as a luxury. You are lost, sick, scared, hungry as you stumble down the streets of the new town you have chosen to call home. The people you encounter ignore your pleas and those you do not accost look through you as they pass by like you are not there.

You are now counted (yet not part of a count) as one of the homeless. If you are smart you will (no matter the season) search for a local newspaper and spend your first homeless night underneath it. You will be amazed how it insulates your body warmth. Certainly not cozy but you survived. There is only the gutter to find any further down you might go from there.

Now is the time you accept your limitations. You don't know what you're doing. You do need help. Just like your friends and family were telling you all of those times you were "on top of the world"

Now is the time to make the call home and those who love you will show you the way back to your heart of hearts. They will always be there for you.

If not, there is always help. It is said that only the lord helps the idiots and the drunks. As long as you are willing to help yourself. That's how it works.

  12. you should stop both and do so cold turkey; there is no other way. just imagine how much money you will be able to save and also the time. you can do better things with your life and live it to the fullest.

  13. Quit drinking first. It will be very difficult to quit smoking if you're drunk half the time. Get a couple of weeks with a clear head under your belt, then tackle the smoking. It will be easier if you have a clear head.
