  1. hahah coin lockers work ! hiding your bag in some bushes is a bad idea,i gurantee it will be found.i live in england and all of our lockers work lol (: x

  2. In much of Europe, when your things are found they will either be stolen or will be seen as a terrorist attack, and destroyed if not sure.

And besides, most of Europe has no open land near railway stations, bushes are nearly never close enough to hide anything.

And many railway stations have a group of homeless people who will watch tourists coming with luggage, they will notice when you are seen without it a little later and will find your pack.

Besides, in some places you are already lucky if you find any place to leave your luggage.

England (indeed most of the UK) has almost no left luggage facilities, (and the most stringent safety measures for luggage left behind, will blow up without checking beforehand.)

Best travel with so little luggage that you can walk the town with it.

If you have stayed in a hostel or hotel, they will often keep it till it is time to leave town, if you are going to stay at night, you can often already bring in your luggage as soon as you arrive, even when you can not check in yet.

  3. Why not just use a locker?

You get your money back, it doesn't keep it

  4. Don't I live in Europe, And Believe me It's not as safe as it looks.

  5. Ever heard of better be safe than sorry?

Pay for the locker, even if you don't get a refund.  It's safer and I would hope that you would like to keep whatever you have safe.
