  1. no... they pay people to do that for you.

  2. Yes.  The fact that it doesn't get wiped off is unrelated.

  3. it is up to you .................

some feel you should b/c it is polite

and other feel that is THEIR job not yours

  4. yes u should, they dont have staff that will clean it up fast enough. Funny enough, the fancier the restaurant, the more unlikely it is that u will have to pick up ur tray. But the less fancier it is and more accessible to the public would mean that you the customer have a duty to clean up after yourself. this is because they are understaffed and as soon as one customer leaves then another comes in to take their place. so that would apply to fast food restaurants.

  5. keep it for good

  6. Yes, you should always put your tray up and throw away all your trash when eating at a fast food restaurant. You are being inconsiderate to the other customers when you don't throw you trash away.

  7. Years ago as a teen I worked at Taco Bell, the job sucked trust me. What made it worse was when people didn't have enough common sense or manners to take their trash and tray to the trash can. If you want someone to clean up after you go home to momma or get a maid. Luckily that was a short chapter in my life  but its amazing how many people leave it. I saw a guy get up one day and leave his tray and trash. I knew he was finished, all the food was gone. I went up to him when he was a few feet away from where he had been sitting and politely directed him to the trash can. The look on his face was priceless but he got the point and went back to the table and got his trash put it in the trash can smiled and said have a nice day and left. It's all about common sense people.

  8. yes, do you leave your dinner plates sit at home?

  9. yeah. i know what you mean, but at least you won't look like a pig.

  10. i think you sould

    i always do..

    plus, its good manners

  11. i think it's a courtesy to others if you throw your trash away. Just imagine if you were the customer looking for a table and someone left trash behind, i think that is rude and filthy. If you had grown kids I'm pretty sure they would leave the table with their dirty dishes around. Hope this helps.

  12. do it anyways, if you have an ounce of manners...

  13. When you are finished with your meal, take your tray and trash to the trash receptacle. Throw away the trash and put your tray into the area for the trays above the trash can!

  14. I always keep the tray and eat off of it. I don't think the tables get wiped off as much as they should. So to be safe, I use the tray. I figure the tray is safer. But is it really? I doubt it. But I feel as long as the food doesn't touch the actual tray or table, (leaving the sandwich/fries in the wrapper that it came in), that's the best choice. Wow, if we only really knew???
