I can study with a laptop, research and aply for jobs at my convienve. I only make 7.25 an hour, pay other bills. I can really afford to buy on straight out. Would it improve my credit rating if i payed it off early and are the rates considerted to high?

  1. Only if you're willing to pay 3x what the computer is worth. Possibly more when you add on interest.

  2. If you only have 7.25 per hour to work with, I suggest you go to the library (school or city) and use the free computer there while you save up some money to buy a computer for cash.  It's a waste of money to rent a computer.  By the time your contract is done, you would have had bought and paid for a new computer.

  3. You are better off paying for it up front.  Then take the money you would be paying Aarons and put into a savings.

  4. anything you rent to own from those places is not top of the line quality or features and they price it way above actual street value, plus the int rte they are really charging you thru the "rent-to-own" process is outrageous - save your money and look for a used computer to start off with-try Craigslist for sale ads if they have listings in your area

  5. Rates are too high.

Paying a loan off early does not help your credit rating they want to see that you make your payments on time, over time.

You can get a desktop to do what you need for about 2-00 cheaper. It will be faster on top of it.

I would consider a chair from them but how do they support a computer?
