Should I retake a class?

I took English 1 this year in 8th grade. I made an 84 on my exam and that brought down my yearly average to a 92. (which is a B) I have the option to retake it in High School so I can get a higher grade and get my GPA up. Would that be a good Idea or should I move onto English 2.

I think a B is great and I certainly wouldn't retake it.  You're done.  You have it under your belt now.  Move on and do the best you can with English II.  You are only in the 8th grade and have time to bring your GPA up even higher if you really want to and you work hard at it.  You know, there's a lot of others that would love to have that 92 you already do have.
