  1. I'm in a similar situation as you. I took it twice, scored 33 both times, and am still planning on taking it again. Even if you got your score up one point it'd make SOME difference, considering the schools you're applying to are so selective. It's really only a 3 hour test, and between now and September, or whenever you plan to retest, taking 1 or 2 practice tests would be helpful. So 6-9 hours of your time for a higher score might be worth it. I think ACT says 55% who retest score higher.

  2. i'd take it again, i'm going to anyway. I got a 33 on my ACT but fked up the essay (7? really?) I only needed to get one more question right to get a 34, so i plan on doing so this next test date

  3. Those are very good scores.  It really depends what university you plan to attend.  Check with the admissions office for scores they require.

  4. Your score is very good. I really want to go to UPenn as well, and I think that you can possibly get in there with that score, but I think you should take it once more because at the level you're on, even a one or two point improvement can mean a lot, but it depends on how much you're willing to dedicate your time to the ACT. Good luck.
