Should I return the instant coffee I bought at Walmart, if the expire date is of last year?

Two days I ago I was in Walmart and saw this instant coffee, 100% Colombian for only $3.97. I usually don't check for the "Best Before" date in coffee, I always assume it can't be that bad if it is on the shelf and it's not on sale!

I'm opened it and when I tried it, it tastes very bad, it has a horrible after taste, I actually thought my milk was wasted, but it is actually the coffee... Should I bring it back to walmart even though I already opened it? When I look at the ''Best Before" date is says 10 April, 2007!!!! It is been a year since that date pass, and I'm seriosly thinking that is the problem with the coffee... Can someone please suggest me what to do?

If you have a receipt from purchase, you definitley should return it.

Otherwise it will be hard to proove that you actually purchased it there and when.

DEFINATELY RETURN IT! Especially if you have your receipt! (to prove when you bought it)

Def take it back, just make sure tht when you get a new one you check the date on it....they might all be that way = )

take it back. get a refund. then call the headquarters and alert them.
