Should I run for vice president of the student council?

There are three candidates running, including myself. It will most likely be very close. I have about 1/3 of the vote locked up for the most part. However, I am shy and nervous about speaking. One of the other candidates keeps trying to psyche (spell check) me out, and it is starting to work. Do you think I have a decent enough chance?

if you have 1/3 of the vote out of three candidates you have a good chance. ** campaign with confidence and have a person to campaign for you (running mate willing to help you)

and use little bribing tactics to win ex. cookies, candy, pens pencils, any little inexpensive thing that will go with your slogans.
