Two of my co-workers I consider friends have become rather close and have been spending time together outside of work. We used to all be close but one of them is now my boss and the other, whom I used to work right next to, now sits across the room. I don't care if they hang out but today I found out they are doing this class together that I have wanted to do for a long time and would have loved to have done but I wasn't even asked. I was hurt and feel like I thought we were a team of friends but now I feel like they are friends and I'm not a part of the group. I don't want to hang with them all the time but it would have been nice to at least have been asked. Should I let them know I'm hurt or just let it go?

  1. Two's company and three's a crowd,I would just find other friends and if one of them say something then I would let them know that you felt ousted by them.

  2. Being that this is a work friendship it's a bit tricky and the fact that one is your boss makes it even trickier. However, if it means that much to you, say something. But do it in a non-accusatory manner. It's entirely possible that they don't even realize what they are doing.

  3. boo hoo, you'll be OK,I promise
