My co workers have seem to form a little "click" and I feel like emails are being sent out about me because I'm not in their little click. So should I say something to them. But I already know it's gonna be an argument. Should I speak my mind or should I just let it roll off my back and beat they *** outside of work?

  1. Do neither. Unless they say something in your face I'd just go about my normal business. They dont pay you, neither do they feed or clothe you. I wouldnt be too concerned. Just make sure you do your job and your boss is aware of you and what you do. Worry about your job security and let you coworkers occupy their time however they like.

  2. I agree with sinyorita. If you confront them without hard evidence that you're being singled out, you're asking for a fight, so just ignore it and hopefully they'll get over it soon.

  3. speak the truth fued or not there should'nt be a click @ work

  4. Have proof about the emails- you need a copy or else you may be accused of being paranoid.  If you have proof, bring it to your superior so he/she can know how your coworkers spend their work time.  Try to just focus on doing your work, getting out of there when the day is done and being with NICE people.  BTW my mom did the best thing once- she sprinkled bread crumbs in her coworker's office for a few days so she got mice.  That's my mom :)
