  1. NO! Bad idea - Salvage dealer will resell body parts for $150- $200 a panel, transmission (if its still good) for $850 - $1000.

Think of how little they are giving you for such a great return on their part.

If you want to sell it, list it in the paper or online ad in your area, someone should realistically pay $1000 or so if the body is "excellent". You just have to realize that you may have to wait, sooner or later someone will wreck their stratus and need a new body. $1000 for a body to put an engine into is far cheaper than buying a new car.

  2. NO!!!!!!!!! try diffrent places  its worth more in scrap iron than that

  3. I wouldn't if I were you. You'll be ripping yourself off long-term.

  4. if i was you id run an add in a local auto trader and see if i could sell it this way, it will bring more than that for parts, and somone is always needing parts for a stratus,if you sell it for 250 you will be loosing a lot of money, that car will bring way more than that to someone needing good body parts ,i wouldnt sell it for less than 500 at the least and really thats still too cheap for that car, good luck with it.
