Should I sell my bike?

I bought my bike for 1600 and shoes for 200 and a 60 dollar helmet. I dont know if I should sell it. I put it on creigs list for everything for 1500. I am leaving and going far away for the summer and not coming back. I dont know if it is worth traveling with my bike. It is full carbon fiber. What do you guys think? Also i am going to two different places this summer.

Do you  plan on getting another bike when you  are relocated?  Do you like your current bike?  Will  you still  be able to ride after you  move?

If I liked the bike and would be able to ride at the new location,  I'd try to keep  it.  But otherwise, maybe I'd try to sell  it.  It's a hassle to travel with a bicycle, but people do it.  If it was a cheap bicycle, I wouldn't bother with it.  But since you've got a pretty nice one, maybe I'd try to take it with me, especially if I liked it and thought I'd ride it.
