Question:

Should I sell my crafts online?

I'm thinking about selling French memo boards and (maybe) hemp bracelets on etsy.com. I can make French memo boards pretty well, and they'd be decently profitable. I know hemp bracelets wouldn't sell for much, but I like making them.

I'm having a really hard time finding a job this summer, so do you think I should try this out? It would be fun, and I'm sure I'd make some money.

  1. I think it is worth trying. It sounds fun and you are also making money from something you like to do. So go for it.

  2. Try it? WHat's the worst that can happen? You be no better off than you are now if you don't sell what you made. Make a few and see how it goes.

    Just do it! Good luck!

  3. My question is y not? if u think ppl will like them and u need money, go 4 it. wat is the point of asking? no offense or anything. and u could always make more 4 urself. good luck sista.

  4. If your product is unusual, you have more of a chance.  Etsy has a twenty cent listing fee, so if they don't sell, you aren't out a lot of money.  It doesn't hurt to try.
