Should I sell my hdtv and only use my monitor?

i'm thinking about selling my 32" hdtv and getting a HD tv tuner card for my pc and watch tv on my 22" monitor instead. I also have a ps3 and I know you can connect that to a monitor as well. Should I do it?

That depends on the native resolution of the monitor for true HD. Your monitor needs to be at least 1920x1080 resolution to get HD to show on your monitor. Make sure your Video Card supports HDCP to send the HD to the monitor. Also use the DVI input on the monitor.

On your PC right click your desktop to settings and check the resolution and crank up the resolution to 1920x1080. I assume its a wide screen monitor see if the monitor displays okay. You may have to make your icons bigger.
