Should I sell my house?

I am being asked to sign a (offer to purchase oil and gas mineral lease)I have spent two days looking at all the information I could find.The pros and the cons.So,the message seems to be...run like the wind.It is getting so complicated.Should I just sell my house and get away from all this mess,or should I stay and load up on anxiety meds.?HELP

You need to see a real estate attorney...it appears you are sitting on a potential gold mine and don't even know it.

My brother owns a home in a rural area of Virginia and they came to him wanting a gas lease on his property...they put a "tap" on it.

You know what he earns on that a month?

Yes, you read that figure correctly.

You need an attorney to research that for you to make sure you are getting what you deserve to be paid..and know the buyers will get you for as cheap as you can.

Do not try to manage this yourself.
