Should I sell my room to my sister? (Please read details)?

Well my sister is 10 and I'm 13, she wants my room because I have a the coolest closet in the world, It's a prime piece of realstate if you ask me, also how much should I sell it to her for? She's willing to pay a lot for it, besides, I could use the extra money, but I don't know.

You have the cool closet and being a girl your sister probably has way more stuff than you do. With your parents approval I'd sell it to her. Ask her what she can afford. Or maybe get her to do some of your chores for a while.

Since I'm 13 I think I'd sell it for 30$ - 50$ if she wants it that badly. Or if you guy's are rich then maybe 60$.
