I used them very recently, and my experience with them has been horrible.  They quoted 10-30 days on the shipment.  After about 20 days, I called in to make sure it had been sent (since they sent no acknowledgment of even receiving my payment!), and the representative now told me that it could take up to 60 days!!  Not only that, he continued to argue with me about what was quoted on the website, which I was looking at while I called.  It wasn't easy getting through to them (the number on their website is out of service), and now that I had, I was getting treated like garbage.  I complained through e-mail about the way I had been treated on the phone, and got a response from the same person who I had talked to on the phone! So, if you want to get treated like garbage, and wait 2 months for your shipment to arrive, then by all means, shop with shopinprivate.com !!!
