Should I start Cabrera or Renteria?

Hey guys. I was wondering who I should start at SS: orlando cabrera or edgar renteria. Cabrera hasnt had too good of a season, but he's starting to heat up. Renteria started off pretty good, but he's been fading. So, who should I start?

Both are decent ss off to bad starts (Cabrera has been a larger disappointment, but not by much).

At this point, the key question is: do you need steals? Reneria is a better hitter, but Cabrera has more speed.

You are right: Cabrera has been heating up. That said, Renteria had a huge game last week too. It's really a toss up. If you are not desperate for sb's, I would dump Cabrera and pick up an outfielder or 1b with more value.

rentiria was better for the braves.... i would start cabrera because he will have a better season... a slow start only lasts so long.

and for the record, i like rentiria more.
