I played little league (up to Machine pitch). I quit for a few years but I'm in fairly good shape, 135 lbs. 5'5", and I want to get back into it. I play a ton of sports, and I really want to start playing again. Is there any advice you would give me on this topic? I'm not really sure what program to do or anything, I don't even own a mitt except my old one. So, tell me what you think?
