Should I start saving???

I am 12 years old and in 7th grade. My dream ever since I was little has been to go to NYU. I know nothing about it, but my main concern is price because i have the grades to get in. My dad is a firefighter and my mom is a teacher so I really need this. Anyone who has gotten a scholarship there plz tell me how and wat u had to do. thanx also how do i make an answer my favorite?

Contact NYU and tell them what you just told us and ask them for advice and what grades you need for a full ride.  Any sports, music, or other skills that might get you a full ride?

It's never to early to start saving.  By the time you go to college, prices will have increased even more.  Even if you get scholarships, etc., the extra money you saved will come in handy.

Young Lady!! When I was 12 years old I had just learned to tie my shoes and here you are preparing to save to get into college. If your mother is a teacher, she should be able to help find what scholarships are available through the Teacher's Association or what scholarships are available at NYU. Every year scholarships all over the country are not used because the students are not aware of their existence. So between you, your mother and dad you should do just fine. As for answering your question " Should I start saving ? ", do so starting now and  for the rest of your life. Spare money is always good to have. You never know what opportunity awaits you.
