Question:

Should I stay awake until bed time or take a nap?

It's nearly 8:30 am and I haven't gone to sleep yet. I want to regulate my sleep clock. Should I have a nap, go to sleep now or stay awake until normal bed time?

  2. take a nap I wish I could, about 2 hours should do the trick.

  3. Go to sleep now. Your body needs to rest so if you keep it awake all night it wont function properly and will be extremely tired and floppy, which is actually quite bad for your health. Go and sleep.

  4. It depends what you have tomorrow and how you feel right now.

    If you're feeling sleepy, then definately sleep now. :)

    If you're feeling excited and think that you wouldn't be able to sleep yet, then stay up.

    If you have a big event tomorrow, SLEEP NOW.

    If you don't have anything big tomorrow, then err.....stay up I guess?

    Also, if you never want to get out of bed in the morning to go to work/school and you always feel tired at work/school then I suggest you should sleep earlier.

  5. I would suggest that you take a refreshing nap. You will not be able to do the things that you need to through out the day without some sort of rest. To make sure that you do not over do it on the nap follow the advice in this article.

  6. stay awake until normal bedtime. thats what i did and it worked real good. if you must ake a nap take one for an hour. thats what i did. but make sure it doesnt get longer because the lack of sleep will make you fall asleep not just a nap.
