Should I still follow my dream?

I had an English teacher who once crushed my dreams of writing. I used to want to become a writer. Once we had to write a paper about something & she didn't think the papers were good. She said mine had it written too many times. I told her I worked 2 hours on that paper & she said that it would've been better if I had worked on it another hour and that my writing greatly inhaled (stunk). A psychologist also told me that I have a hard time organizing my thoughts so journalism would be hard for me.

Only you can decide if your dream is worth pursuing.  Teachers can guide you but they shouldn't be controlling your future. Same with the psychologist.
