I seem to be feeling some better. What do you think?

Herniated disk in neck? I think I have one. I did a lot of lifting, pulling, bending, over the weekend.?

And yesterday out of nowhere I got a pain in my upper back to my upper neck so bad I had to lay down and almost cried. Every since then I cannot move my head all the way to the left or the right up or down. My neck feels weak and it hurts to move it. I have tried four extra strength tylonel at a time for pain, heating pad one time and then Ice later that day and nothing works. I tried rest and tried working it. I am going to see my doctor next week if not better or should I go now?

I am not sure what kind of meds he could give me for the pain. I am on lexapro (anti-depressent) 10mg/day and topamax 50 mg a day for migraines. So that can create a problem also. Help!!!

  1. i'd say it's time for a dr.  he'll find some meds' that won't interfere with your lex and topamax.
