Question:

Should I stop jogging?

Ok... I jog every other day... but i practice breakdancing everyday..

When I jog... I'm really tired and can't rly breakdance to my full potential.

Should I just stop the jogging? Am I pushing myself too much if I do both of these?

Or should I continue what I'm doing and eventually my stamina will get better and I will b able to handle doing both of these?

  1. NO! keep jogging but try to breathe better.  get a lot of air because the reason why you're feeling tired when you breakdance is because your muscles haven't gotten enough oxgyen from your running.  jogging is a good exercise.


  2. Just do a little at a time.  Keeping a record of your daily progress that is the key Dont stop  just cut back a little and drink water.

    breakdancing gives you the same amount of exertion.

  4. YES, SHOULD STOP JOGGING AND START "YOGA" PRACTICE.YOGA IS A STEPPING STONE TO FUSION DANCE, DISCO, BREAK DANCE...... MEDITATION WILL OPEN OUR EYES................

  5. Well, don't stop the jogging. Maybe change the frequncy or the time you jog. Maybe breakdance first in the day?

Well, I have the same problem cept I do other styles of hip hop rather than breaking, what I do to over come this is I will dance before I go for a jog or lift weights, because I know that running and lifting will take more out of me than dance, and yes you should continue it's good for your health and it will help your stamina in battles.

  7. Well, depends on how long you go jogging. You could cut back some on the jogging. But once you get it down work your way back up to how long you were jogging before.
