  1. before it will loosen up your muscles

  2. both

  3. BOTH!!!

  4. before and after:

Before: if you don't want to sprain anything when running

After: If you don't want to be sore the next day-week mattering on how much you do

  5. BEFORE!!! omg before

and when your done dont just sit down walk it out a little

  6. both

before will warm up the muscles and prepare you for the work out

after will release all of the tensions and lactic acid from your muscles, keeps them from getting less sore the next day

  7. You should stretch before and after becuase...before, it makes you loose so you can run....after it makes it where your muscles wont be sore the next day

  8. i always thaught both but it turns out you shouldnt stretch cold muscles and that you should do a warm up before you strecth if your genna do it befor you run

  9. Both, but make sure you warm up with a brisk walk or something first because stretching cold can damage your body.

Also don't bounce and hold your stretches for like 30 seconds.

  10. BOTH... you stretch before to loosen and warm up your muscles and after wards will help you not be sore the next day both are inportant and will help you avoid injury
