This is my first pregnancy and I am definitely afraid of tearing and episiotomy and I have terrible elasticity and I had to use doctor prescribed dialators just to wear slimfit tampons a couple years ago. So, I'm afraid that I'm very likely to rip or have to get an episiotomy that would it be beneficial for me to stretch my v****a out (not just perineal massage, but all around) to ease and or prepare for birth?
