Question:

Should I study abroad in London

So around christmas time last year I got the urge to apply to London because the program is through my university to attend Queen Mary University of London on the east end. My room mate was british the year before and I had a blast with all the UK friends I made while at my US uni. I applied, have gotten in, but have had sudden urges feeling down and that I have made the wrong choice.

I currently attend UCSB where I am the typical southern californian girl. I was born and raised in LA, love to surf, skate and soak up the sun. I had a blast last year at UCSB but I have always wanted to go abroad since I started college three years ago.

I have been doubting myself because I believe UCSB is a great school, but I have never been out of the states. Would this be a good experience or am I wasting time and money if I enjoyed my uni this past year? I adore the british culture but am I leave behind a great and fun environment for something I might not like?

The actual costs of things in the UK are also making me terrified!

Please someone guide me through this.
