  1. The Chapter 11 bankruptcy petition was filed in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for Delaware.  You probably need to see the Court Order setting forth the relief in bankruptcy and its impact on old customers.  I guess the shareholders are totally down the drain.  You may be facing a situation in which your consumer complaint is not worth pursuing.   The company is trading as "pink sheet" stock for 2 cents  a share.  I have no interest in the company; but, I think it is important that you hear the ugly truth.  You are not likely to gain the relief you seek.  You could ask a shareholder to learn if the company is going to make an exit from bankruptcy.  Still, your problem is not promising at all.

  2. No.

The bankruptcy court most likely WILL NOT ALLOW Sharper Image to honor the guarantee.

  3. You won't get anything nor will any lawyer take the case.  A guarantee is only as good as the company that backs it.

  4. Their bankrupt for a reason...no money so how are they gonna pay out your warranty? Sorry you're SOL...reality of life.
