Question:

Should I switch cable and internet service from Time Warner Cable to AT&T U-Verse?

I loathe the customer service of Time Warner and they've charged me different amounts on almost every bill I've gotten for the past 5 months I've had service. AT&T costs a bit more per month but seems to be a better option seeing as it offers DVR and HD channels. However, I've never had many problems in the way of service or connectivity with Time Warner aside from a 3 day period when my TV had sound but no picture. Mostly I'd like to switch just to know that I'm not sending Time Warner my hard earned dollars. Has anyone else made the switch from Time Warner to AT&T? And if so, was it worth it?

  1. no

  2. I switched from Time Warner to dish network and now have u-verse. The at&t is the best of all of them, better picture and better sound w/ alot more features. The price is competitive , tell at&t what you are paying now and they may give you a better price.

  3. I have never had AT&T U-Verse service but I can relate to looking for a better company. We in this area had something of a monopoly going until Cavalier showed up and made things more interesting. They have IPTV and they also have a fairly new bundle referred to as C2 for $50 per month, which gives you telephone and internet service that is partnered with Google. It's definitely worth looking into if it's available in your area.
