for just like 2 times for it being fed. I'd watch the whole thing and make sure nothing goes wrong.

  1. If you're looking to switch them permanently, I don't see why you'd want to. If you're just doing it two times, there's really nothing wrong w/ that. The only snakes I have that eat live are ones that won't take frozen, and they're both honduran milks. mice can do some damage, but rats are the ones i would stay away from when it comes to live feeding. I never leave adult mice alone w/ one of my snakes so if you watch the process, everything should be fine. Just be careful as sometimes snakes can be weird and take a liking to the live and less of a liking to the frozen.

  2. That isn't going to hurt a thing. I feed mine live and frozen/thawed, so that if I ever HAVE to feed live or frozen thawed only they are used to it. Plus I think my snakes get excited when they get the chance to kill something, instead of it already being dead and all freezer burnt. lol

  3. You could if you wanted to but there will be some good and bad things depending on the mouse you will feed it.

  4. I tried to feed my corn snake live mice and the mouse bit him. He wasn't really hurt but it freaked me out. I had to flick the mouse in the head to knock it unconscious so he could eat it. Plus I'd rather hold my snake than a nasty little mouse any day!

  5. if you do feed it live a couple of times just to watch be prepared to thump the mouse in the head to stun it if the mouse bites your snake
