Should I switch to T-mobile ?

Well I'm with verizon right now, but i want the new sidekick, should i switch to T-mobile or stay with Verizon. How is T-mobile' s service. Thanks Alot

I had T-Mobile got literally NO reception in my town with a T-Mobile store.  Their lame customer service told me point-blank that they weren't going to fix it.  So they're not getting their $120 I owe them.

I have T-Mobile and the new SideKick and it is TERRIBLE! The sidekick is bad, you can't do much, it just looks cool. You have to pay for a freaking alarm clock for godsakes! You can't get ringtones unless you pay A LOT, the camera sucks, you can't send pic messages. It's just bad. I've wanted Verizon for so long because Tmobile is horrible and doesn't have much to offer. Stick with V.

i had tmobile for 2 years and it was horrible. and anyway the side kick is really fragile and bulky. i wouldnt change

t-mobile is TERRIBLE compared to verizon. stay with verizon!!

verizon has far better national coverage.

and if you want a verizon phone similiar to the tmobile sidekick, look in to the LG ENV2 by verizon. very similiar

It all depends on where you live. I live in New York and I have T-Mobile and a Sidekick LX for work and a Samsung Trace for my own phone. They are both really great phones. I think T-Mobile's prices are good and they have very good, reliable phones and a good network if you live in or around a city. I really think they have the best customer service and they really care about your problems. I've had T-Mobile about 8 or 9 years and have never had a problem. I have also used Sprint/Nextel, at&t, Verizon, Alltel, and Tracfone and none of those work as well as T-Mobile.

I really like the service. I get bars almost anywhere, and the customer service is amazing. I wouldn't switch for anything. Last year I didn't get any bars in the place I was living, and 4 months later they put up a pole and my service is better than anyone else! I'm not sure if they still do this, but on my birthday they let me have a special package for 2 years! and on my next birthday they offered me free text for two years! They are awesome.

I have t-mobile and it sucks, but that is where I live. I went to Arizona and I got really good service... in some places.

The phones aren't even that great. I am thinking about switching, but it costs a lot... I think lol

So it depends on where you live. Ask people who live near you and see what kind a service they get. Aks if it is good or not.
