Im in a little predicament haha. Im deciding if i should take AP Physics, and want to know a little bit more. Im confident i can do it, but i am already taking AP Gov and AP Calc, so i dont know if that is too much. Would it be too hard to do Physics with all of that and practice every night, or should i just stick to CP and then do it next year? CP Physic looks so easy its embarassing, though. lol.

So, any suggestions, and is AP Physics really that hard? Thanks.

  1. I'd go with AP Physics.  It ties in a little bit with AP Calculus, and it's actually not that hard if you study and learn the formulas that you need.  Also, it's always good to challenge yourself.  :)  And although it differs from teacher to teacher and school to school, AP Physics was the single easiest class I took throughout high school.

  2. The class's difficulty will depend on you and teacher.  Some people find it the hardest class they have ever taken, at my class it is some people's first B ever.  Depending on which you take: AP Physics C or AP Physics B, C has calculus while B is just simple algebra.  You can probably handle it if you can take ap gov and calc in the same year.    My junior year i took ap chem, physics B, world history, and computer science and senior year took ap calc bc, statistics, physics C, and literature.  And i found no problem with the course load at all but i found physics very interesting so i enjoyed doing the work for the class.
