Should I take AP language or AP literature junior year?

At my school AP language is offered for juniors, and AP literature is for seniors.

At my school ap lang is offered junior year and ap lit is offered senior year. however, if your school will let you choose then ap lang is geared more towards writing and ap lit is geared more towards reading and passage analyzation.
