Should I take a days rest after a day of training for a sport?

training for 100m

just doing reps of push ups and squats and that machine where you pull your self with a mat up

not much weigh training unless im at school

Should i take rests or just alternate what im doing

  2. first make sure you stretch and you should take rests but only 2-3 times a week. you should also run about 75m at your hardest and run the 200 on the days you do an easier exercise. that should help!
