Should I take ibuprofen right after wisdom tooth extraction?

  1. It doesn't hurt. Like 1 horu after i got my wisdom teeth out i was racing my fourwheeler and everything like I never had the wisdom teeth out. People make such a big deal about it


  2. It's basically a muscle relaxent. Yes, but no blood thinners like aspirin.

  3. Did they give you some to take after? If they did, they should've told you to take it asap. When I had mine pulled (and I'll do this with the next one as well), I took one as soon as the prescription was filled. I don't care if people say it hurts or not, but I wasn't taking the chance, lol. I would take it as directed for the first couple of days to make sure you don't feel much pain from it. After that I would only use it when you really need it.

    otherwise, ibuprofen is NOT a  muscle relaxant.  It is an anti-inflammatory drug.  take the recommended dosage.
