Should I take my Driving Test?

Question

I am going on holiday next monday, and when I come back my test is only a few days after.

Do you think I should change the date or not?

If I do then I would have to wait a long time to book another.

I am confident in taking it, it's just that my mind is telling me something different.

i failed my test 3 times the 2nd time was only 3 days after my holiday but i wasnt nervous or nothing so it was like my holiday made me calmer to take it so id say dont change it cause i seemed to get more nervous the longer i waited. i managed to pass last week and i had never been so nervous!

Go for it your holiday will calm you down.

Book a couple of refresher lessons for the day before your test,Just in case ,Best of luck.

you may as well take it as you have booked it. You will be fine. I hadn't driven for two weeks before my test and passed, so good luck x

Fit in as many pre tests you can when you get back and take the test, if you fail you go do it again, but if your confident then you might just pass!

I don't see a problem - you have a few days to get some practice or lessons in, if you're confident enough then just do it.

well, i passed my test 2 n half yrs ago now and i failed my theory b4 i went away, and i had the re-test on the day i got back so it was a rush and i passed.

i would defo take the test, u never know the relaxation of a holiday may be just what you need. make sure you get a couple lessons in before hand though xxxxx
