Should I take my pool down for winter?

It's one of the vinyl pools with the bubble ring. One of my dad's friends said to leave it up all winter...should we? It is rather big, it holds 4.3 thousand gallons. It is 12' X 20' X 42'

never took mine down just lower the water down to about a foot... just enough to keep it from folding up.....

I would take it down personally and store it carefully.  Once that ring gets a tiny hole in it...it's almost worthless.
