Is this enough to turn to drug usage?

  1. don't mix the two. take one then about 8 hours later take the other

  2. DONT MIX THEM!

take one or the other, they could have different effects on you if you do take them.

  3. Don't take both together.

I take Zoloft in the morning and Ambian CR at night for sleep.  I'm not addicted and it has helped me wake up refreshed and ready to go.  You just need sleep.

    Talk with your doctor

  4. stay in bed on saturday, try to relax or even meditate,go for a long walk, this will give you time to think, try sports, stay up till 23:00 hrs. Forget the dope !         GOOD LUCK

  5. It used to happen to me when I was in high school, when I told my mother about it she suggested I should go to bed a little bit late so I started sleeping around midnight and worked well for me I woke up fine in the morning and feeling rested and good for the rest of the day.

    Have you tried that?

  6. Nope.  Check with your doctor because there are antidepressants that will actually make you tired and help you sleep all night.  Also, if you wake up at 3am because your going to bed at 9 or 10, why not try going to bed at 11:00 - 11:30? Maybe if you are extra tired you will sleep longer.  You can also ask your doctor for a prescription for Lunesta or Ambian CR.

  7. Sleep is the closest state we have to death.

  8. have u got to much on ur mind ?u don't need drugs try hot milk with milo before bed if you still wake up talk to ur doctor

  9. I'm going to say this as nicely as I can:

You need to get some counseling.  Please do that.
