I was working out two weeks ago, I was doing light chest, with a lot of reps and i take only 20 second breaks, i was really tired, and I wnet to the incline, I couldn't feel a good pump with the light dumbells so I went up higher until I got to the 85 lbs bells, i got two good sets of 10 and on the third set, my shoulder just died at number six rep, the dumbell hit me right on the shoulder and all my weight has gone down, Help me please.........
