Should I take the PSAT in 10th Grade

Question

A friend of mine recommended taking the PSAT in 10th Grade. Should I go with his suggestion or wait until 11th Grade? Let me know your thoughts.

i took it last year (tenth grade) it was free for us but i took the act during the summer, im more of an act person

take it now. Every time you take it you get better.

Take it both times, the PSAT is your single best chance at getting a good scholarship! (but it only counts when you take it junior year)

Yea it wouldn't hurt to take it! i took mine when i was in 10th grade, but yea just to get a feel of what its like and how much more learning you need to do!! Good luck!!

It doesn't matter that much when you take it.  I'd suggest the 11th grade since you'll be taking it shortly before the real thing and you'll have state testing to help also.
