Should I take the SAT or GRE or TOEFL to study medical (under graduate) in USA ?

  1. You need the GRE and the TOEFL.

Wow.  These are all very different tests used for very different reasons.  The SAT is usually taken in the last year of high school while applying for college (undergraduate).  You'll need to send your SAT scores to the colleges you apply to.  The GRE is taken after completing an undergraduate degree (BA, BS, etc.) when you want to go to graduate school (Masters degree, Phd, etc.).  The TOEFL is only taken by people whose native language is not English and who need to prove their ability to be successful in college classes delivered in English only.  My guess (but I'm not sure) is that you'll need to take both the TOEFL and the SAT in order to get into college in the U.S.  Good luck!
