Should I take the better room?

Okay. So here is the story.

I am moving into a new House that was renovated by my college because the dorms are to overcrowded with freshman.

Their are five rooms Two upstairs, three downstairs. Two freshman have to share a room (Six of us) and they are going to be upstairs.

Yesterday one of the girls messaged me asking me if I could take the other room upstairs, since her and her two friends want to be downstairs.

I said okay.

However now im starting to wonder if their is something wrong with the room upstairs. If their is, and i get their first, do you think I should take one dowstairs if something is wrong with it?

I mean, one of the girls downstairs gets to go to college for free just because her dad works there! Yeah she has to pay for dorming but still.

also if I do take the rooms, I know the girl is going to start yelling, so what should I say to her?
