Should I take the risk of picking up Troy Tulowitzki?

I have Yunel Escobar and Stephen Drew at shortstop and would you take the risk of picking up Tulowitzki (.200 BA, 3 HR, 17 RBI, 18 R, 1 SB in 41 games)?

I picked him up because of his recent performance, but only because I was getting rid of some crappy pitcher.

Out of the two i guess i'd drop stephen drew.
