Hey. I'm a fairly fit, 17 year old guy and I've been thinking about broadening my horizons a bit and trying something completely different in terms of exercise like joining group boxing or kickboxing classes...But first. . .a) What's the difference between kickboxing and boxing?b) Is there anything I should know before I signed up for a class like that? I can be fairly unco. . should I do some boxercise with a personal trainer first or something?Vague I know. . but cheers for any info you can give :)
