Should I teach a specific move to beat Cynthia on Pokemon Pearl?

Question

Ok, well, I kinda cant beat Cynthia on Pokemon Pearl... Here are all my Pokemon, their moves and their levels.

Staraptor Lv. 59

-Wing Attack

-Aerial Ace

-Defog

-Fly

Torterra Lv. 53

-Giga Drain

-Rock Climb

-Cut

-Razor Leaf

Palkia Lv. 53

-Water Pulse

-Ancient Power

-Dragon Claw

-Spacial Rend

Uxie Lv. 50

-Confusion

-Yawn

-Future Sight

-Amnesia

Pelipper Lv. 41

-Roost

-Stockpile

-Swallow

-Spit Up

Golduck Lv. 36

-Confusion

-Water Pulse

-Fury Swipes

-Strength

I usually get through the E4 With Staraptor, Torterra and Palkia in a pinch but i just can't beat Cynthia.

Help!!

i guess if you levelled up a little more it would help but a ice move like blizzard would very effective for cynthia as most her pokemon are weak to ice

No u don't need a specific move!

A little bit more training and u will be able to win her.

first you should level them up to at least Lv.60.

staraptor- delete wing attack and learn close combat.

torterra- delete cut and teach earthquake.

palkia is great.

uxie- delete amnesia and teach pyschic.

pelipper- you might want to delete roost and teach a different attack move besides spit up. things like water type moves. (surf, water pulse, etc)

golduck- why do you have 2 water pokemon?? that could be trouble.. maybe replace him or pelipper, with a fire type pokemon? like an arcanine or camerupt. that would be good.*

but if you don't wan t too..

i would delete strength and teach dragon claw or shadow claw. then delete fury swipes and teach ice beam.

*having two pokemon can be bad because it makes your team weaker and if all your pokemon are fainted besides those too (pelipper and golduck) and you're facing a pokemon with super effective moves on water type, you're in trouble. so that's why i would replace one of them.
