I worked at Forever 21 a couple of months ago. I really like the company but not the location I was working at. So now I'm applying to the company again. Should I include that I have previously worked for their company?

  1. I would include it, if not you are going to be in their system.  Either way, they are going to find out, so be honest and upfront in the begining.  Tell them that you loved the job, just not the location. Good luck!

  2. Yes, they will know as soon as you give them your social security number and they enter it into the computer. Just be honest from the beginning.

  3. Yes, absolutely.

The little box that you fill out at the bottom of the application (where you sign) typically has a clause in there that requires you to promise that your answers above were truthful and complete.  If you get the job and it's found out later that you hid info or lied on your app, you can lose your job.  Be upfront and explain to the manager in the interview on what worked well and what didn't in the previous location.  If it's the same thing at the new location, you really wouldn't want to work there anyway!

  4. I'd say yes.  They will know when they put you into their computers.  If you've said you haven't, then you've lied and they can not hire or fire you.
