  1. Yes and tell them as fast as you can.  If you attorneys do not do anything about it..I would bring it up in court in front of the judge!  I would also request that charges are brought up against the person or persons who are threatening you

  2. Is the defendant's attorney threatening you?  In any case, you should inform your attorney of ANY contact you have with the defendant's attorney.

  3. YES! The defendants attorneys should not be speaking to you without your lawyer present. That is judicial misconduct. Report it to your lawyes as soon as possible.

  4. Well first off you should not, under any circumstances, be communicating directly with the other parties attorneys at all - and nor, under the rules of professional conduct, should they be contacting you.

If you hear from them, you should simply say "All communication should go through my lawyer".

To answer your question, though, yes. You should tell your own lawyer EVERYTHING relevant to the case, and all communication you receive about it from the defendant, his lawyers, a third party, anyone. Your lawyer can't properly represent you without all the details.

    Richard

  5. Yes, You need to inform your attorney right away. The defendants attorneys have no business contacting you outside the presence of your attorney.
